An afternoon on Inner Farne

It was a nice day today, my wife was working so I decided to go to the Farne Island for the afternoon, its only half aan hour from home.  I went on Hanveys boats, there not as crowded as Billy Shiel’s boats. As I got off the boat I was immediatley attacked by an arctic tern which pecked and crapped all over me, not very nice, I dont do that to people who visit me.

I got some nice pictures of the terns bringing food to their young. I carried on to the top of the island to see the puffins razorbills and guillemots on the stacks. It was gust a short visit, only on the island for an hour or so, but a nice little trip
